Cancellation Policy We adhere to the standard bicycle ride industry policy. All application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. When you register for our event you must agree to this policy. You may not cancel your online registration or void the transaction with your financial institution. All applicable fees and penalties will be levied on you should you violate this policy. All inquiries about this policy will be directed to the Executive Board at one of the Posted Monthly meetings. The entry fee for this year’s event will NOT transfer to next year’s event, no exceptions. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, etc. There are NO exceptions. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to The Police Unity Tour Inc. Chapter 10. In the event you cannot participate in the 2020 Police Unity Tour Ride at all, please enclose an email with your cancellation and include your name, dept, and phone number. By canceling your registration you won’t receive a refund. We only accept emailed cancellations. We must receive your emailed cancellation by March 1, 2020. If your written cancellation is received after that date, you will be responsible for the cost of the Hotels
Returns Policy Exchange only for all purchased uniforms and other memorabilia. This does not apply to the Application Registration. You may only exchange unopened items for another size in the same items within 30 days of purchase.
