 APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2019 POLICE UNITY TOUR are now CLOSED

We are now closing the Application and Waitlist process for the 2019 Police Unity Tour. We have received an incredible response from both returning and new riders this year. For those that were able to sign up for the wait list,  there is no guarantee that a spot will be available at this time. We will be thoroughly evaluating our current rider list and if spots become available they will be posted here and announced through an email from Chapter 10.

Applications are now CLOSED for the 2019 Police Unity Tour      

Everyone participating in the 2019 Chapter 10 Police Unity Tour is required to complete an application first. If you are planning on doing Vehicle Support also complete the Vehicle Support Permit also and if you are doing Motor Support please also complete the Motor Support Permit

 

Cancellation Policy We adhere to the standard bicycle ride industry policy. All application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. When you register for our event you must agree to this policy.  You may not cancel your online registration or void the transaction with your financial institution.  All applicable fees and penalties will be levied on you should you violate this policy.  All inquiries about this policy will be directed to the Executive Board at one of the Posted Monthly meetings.  The entry fee for this year’s event will NOT transfer to next year’s event, no exceptions. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, etc. There are NO exceptions. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to The Police Unity Tour Inc. Chapter 10.  In the event you cannot participate in the 2019 Police Unity Tour Ride at all, please enclose an email with your cancellation and include your name, dept, and phone number. By canceling your registration you won’t receive a refund.  We only accept emailed cancellations. We must receive your emailed cancellation by March 1, 2019. If your written cancellation is received after that date, you will be responsible for the cost of the Hotels  

Returns Policy Exchange only for all purchased uniforms and other memorabilia. This does not apply to the Application Registration.  You may only exchange unopened items for another size in the same items within 30 days of purchase.
